ak111 Terms and Conditions

This page describes in detail all the conditions for using the ak111 platform — from account registration to bonuses, payments, and responsible gaming.

01. General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the ak111 platform and all services under it. The following definitions will be used throughout this document:

  • "Platform" — ak111's website, applications, and all related services.
  • "User" or "Player" — any person registered and active on the platform.
  • "Account" — the registered profile created in the user's name.
  • "Bonus" — any incentive funds or benefits provided by ak111.
  • "Real Money" — actual funds deposited into the user's account.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as your automatic agreement to the new terms. For significant changes, ak111 will attempt to notify users by email or through a notice on the platform.

02. Eligibility and Age Requirements

21+
ak111 is for persons aged 21 or older only. Accounts belonging to minors will be closed immediately.

To create an account on ak111, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.
  • You must have the legal right to use online betting services under applicable law.
  • You must confirm that you are operating the account in your own name and for your own benefit.
  • You do not already hold an active account on ak111.
  • All information you provide about yourself must be true, accurate, and up to date.

If it is later proven that a user did not meet any of these requirements, ak111 reserves the right to close the account and seize the funds.

03. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration Process

Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed. Providing accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration is mandatory.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ak111 may request identity verification at any time. The user will be required to submit any of the following valid government-issued identity documents:

  • National Identity Card (NID)
  • Valid Passport
  • Birth Registration Certificate (where applicable)

ak111 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal facilities until verification is completed.

3.3 Account Security

Keeping the account password and login details confidential is entirely the user's responsibility. Sharing an account with a third party or allowing others to play on your behalf is prohibited. If unauthorized access to the account is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately.

04. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Deposits and withdrawals on ak111 are currently available through the following mobile banking methods:

  • bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service.
  • Nagad — the digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office.
  • Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

4.2 Minimum Limits

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (the same for each method).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes, though delays may occur due to verification procedures.

4.4 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to the same mobile banking account from which the deposit was made. The name of the account holder and the name on the payment account must match.

05. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on ak111 will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example:

  • Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
  • Deposit ৳12,000 → ৳5,000 bonus → total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, a 25x (25 times) wagering requirement must be met. This is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = bonus winnings become withdrawable after a total of ৳25,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

  • No more than one welcome bonus can be received per account.
  • The deadline for claiming a bonus will be stated in the bonus notification.
  • All games can be played with bonus funds, however the contribution rate may vary by specific game.
  • In the event of a bonus terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
  • ak111 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

06. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Fair Play Policy

ak111 is committed to ensuring a fair and impartial gaming environment for all users. Random Number Generator (RNG) technology is used in all games to ensure impartial outcomes.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Engaging in any of the following activities may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits ("bonus abuse").
  • Operating an account using another person's identity.
  • Playing using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence.
  • Exploiting system vulnerabilities ("software exploiting").
  • Participating in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Inappropriate or offensive conduct toward other players or staff.
  • Filing chargebacks or false transaction disputes.

07. VIP Program

ak111's VIP program has four tiers, each offering progressively greater benefits:

  • Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Players can advance to higher tiers through regular and active play. The specific benefits and terms for each tier are available on the VIP program details page. ak111 reserves the right to change the structure of the VIP program at any time.

08. Privacy and Data Protection

ak111 gives the highest priority to protecting users' personal information. SSL encryption technology is used on the platform to keep all data transfers secure.

Personal information will only be shared with third parties to meet legal obligations or with your explicit consent.

09. Responsible Gaming

10. Account Suspension and Closure

ak111 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Violation of any clause of these terms.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
  • Instructions from legal authorities or legal requirements.
  • In the interest of the platform's technical or financial security.

10.2 User Rights

A user may request closure of their own account at any time through the support team. Remaining funds obtained through legitimate means may be withdrawn before account closure, unless the account is being closed due to a terms violation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ak111 will not be liable for:

  • Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
  • Any financial loss arising from the user's own negligence.
  • Failure of third-party platforms or services.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, cyberattacks, etc.).

In any circumstance, ak111's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the user's relevant transaction.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be treated as consent to the new terms. It is therefore recommended that you check this page regularly.
